acceptable locationstrong odorother people's filth
The location was close to some shops, acceptable, i GUESS.
The room had a strong odor when I first walked in, really unpleasant. The washing machine was FILLED with someone else's filth. I found lint from previous guests. This.

nice linennight ocean
gary showed me the parking area he then gave me a tour all the way to the apartment each unit is privately owned so experiences can differ the unit i stayed in had nice linen i could hear the ocean at night through the window
hot water ran out very fast

Excellent stay with helpful staff.

Gary was very helpful. He is a champion host. The location allows short trips to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The barbeque area is magnificent. I enjoyed using it.
